REGULATIONS FROM THE WIRE FEEDER PLUS 90
All the main adjustments, which are set on the wire feeder, are lis-
ted below:
- Welding current
- Arc Voltage
- Wire Speed
- Material thickness
- Arc length
- Electronic Inductance
- Double Puls frequency
- Selection of JOB N°
The largeness is regulated by the knobs (90) and (91). (See Chap.
6 COMMANDS DESCRIPTION to page 12). The lighted Led on the
side of the display shows that knob controls the largeness selected.
If after having done a selection, a welding is carried out, the display
(80) and (85) show the real values of the current (A) and voltage
(V). The data is kept in memory even when the welding is finished.
The same goes for the generator displays (30) and (36). The work
parameter can be regulated according to current, wire speed, arc
voltage, thickness.
NOTE: the display on the right (85) indicates the new synergic set-
ting according to the largeness selected. (This is so only if the pro-
gramme is set on SYN or PULS).
NOTE: the display on the left (80) indicates the new synergic set-
ting according to the largeness selected. (This is so only if the pro-
gramme is set on SYN or PULS).
