RAM BOX BED COVER INSTALL
1.0 COVER RAIL EXTRUSION INSTALLATION
1.5 Thread the six lock block screws (5) into the six lock blocks (6).
Slide the lock blocks into rail

extrusion and the top of the
cargo rail.
1.9 Attach end caps (7)
to the rail extrusions
with the flange head
screws (8).
2.0 COVER PLACEMENT
2.1 Place the cover onto the truck bed rails and
bulkhead. NOTE: Take care not to damage or
deform the cover seals while installing the cover.
NOTE: When placing the cover onto the
bulkhead the corner seal will slide down
in front of the cover rail.

1.7 Slide three lock blocks evenly
spaced into both rails.
NOTE:
A soapy
water
solution
will help with
sliding the
blocks.

NOTE:
Keep the screws loose,
to be tightened after
inserted into the rail.
With the rail extrusion firmly
pressed to the bulkhead,
tighten each lock block
with the 3/16 hex wrench.
