INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
Install the sash seal and sash locking bracket.

• Cut the non-adhesive sash seal to the window
width. Stuff the seal into the crevice between the
outer and inner window to prevent air and insects
from getting into the room.
• Fasten the remaining L bracket to the outer
window sash with 1 type A screw as shown.

CAUTION
To prevent broken glass or damage to windows, on
vinyl or other similarly constructed windows, attach
the sash locking bracket to the window side jamb
with 1 type A screw.
• Remove the screw from the right side of the
cabinet and use it to fasten the long side of the
support bracket to the unit. Fasten the short side of
the support bracket to the inside window sill with 1
type B screw.

Cut the adhesive-backed heatproof foam pieces to
the size of the curtain panels.
Remove the backing from the heatproof foam and
attach the foam to the curtain panels.
NOTE: The heatproof foam improves the cooling
capability of the unit.
The window installation is now complete.
