6x spacing washer kits 1.7mm (2)

Preparations
- Clean the vehicle thoroughly.
- Remove the seat (see the owner's manual).
- Remove the tank.

- Remove the foot brake lever (8).
- Lay the vehicle down on its left side.
Assembly
- Remove the clutch cover (9).
- Hold the clutch drum (10) with holding spanner 54629012100 (11)
(optionally available) and remove the screw (12).
- Take off the clutch drum.

- Remove the screws (13) with pin wrench 45229021000 (optionally avai-
lable).
- Remove the screws (13) with the spacing washers (14) and springs (15).
- Replace the washers (14) and springs (15) with the washers (2) and clutch
springs (1) contained in the delivery.
NOTE:
Only use one washer per screw and spring.
- Position the clutch shoe (16) and mount the screws, washers and springs
again (7 Nm).
13 NOTE:
Tighten the screw (13) with pin wrench 45229021000 (optionally availa-
ble).
- Hold the clutch drum (10) with holding spanner 54629012100 (11) (optio-

nally available) and mount the screw (12) (30 Nm, Loctite 243).

- Mount the clutch cover (9) (10 Nm).
- Mount the foot brake lever (8).
- Position the vehicle upright again.
