WArNING!
Failure to lubricate the O-rings on the handpiece side
may cause damage to the coupling, with the consequent
risk of impeding the rotation of the handpiece connection,
water leakage etc.
- Dry the O-ring of the powder container well and place a
small drop of oil on it, spreading it well with your fingers
or other tool.

Lubricate only with Ivory Oil ref.OL101S
WArNING!
The tip is the only part of the Prophy-Silk handpiece
that can be autoclaved or thermally disinfected.
Autoclave sterilisation in accordance with:EN 13060,
EN ISO 17665-1

- Follow the steriliser manufacturer's instructions.
- Clean and disinfect before sterilisation.The presence of
any coagulated blood residues on the external or internal
surfaces may lead to the formation of rust.
- Make sure that the sterilised material is dry.
Authorised sterilisation procedures
1) Seal the handpiece and its accessories in sterilisation
bags conforming to EN 868-5.
2) Sterilise the bagged handpiece in an autoclave
according to EN ISO 17665-1 standard and respect the
following conditions:
- Class B steam sterilisation in autoclaves conforming to
EN 13060 standard. Sterilisation time at least 3.5 minutes at 135 °C.
