SAFETY GUIDELINES

Before starting up the machine for the first time, please read the following guidelines
very carefully in order to ensure the correct function and optimum effect. Please keep
these operating instructions for future reference!
• The device may only be opened by certified Casada specialist staff.
• In order to avoid an electric shock or injury, please do not let children operate the device unattended.
• The mechanical and electrical parts of the device should be treated with care and the device should
not be subjected to heavy loads.
• Disconnect the device from the mains when it is not used for a longer period to avoid the risk of a
short circuit.
• Avoid touching the plug with wet hands.
• Adding too much salt can have a strong influence on the conductivity and the device switches off for
safety reasons.
• Do not use a damaged plug, cables or loose fittings. The plugs or cables must be replaced by the
manufacturer, the service representative or qualified staff, should they be damaged. Please disconnect
the device from the power supply immediately should the device malfunction. Liability for damage is
excluded should the device be used incorrectly or for inappropriate purposes.
