In vehicles with a drawbar cover made of plastic
Make suitable holes and install the sensor (1).
5. Route the cables along the cross member in the frame without chafing, and secure the cables using
the supplied accessories.
Make sure that the cables can move sufficiently on the drive!
6. Connect the data cables according to the attached markings and the supplied connection cable set.

If using an AL-KO power pack* (not available in all countries), continue the installation with
reference to the external installation instructions. Without the power pack, continue with point 7:
7. Insert the plugs of the positive cables into the fuse holder until you hear them engage. (3-a)
The blade-type fuses are not allowed to be plugged in!
8. Push the contact locks into the fuse holder until you hear them engage. (3-b)
Once they are engaged, the cables can no longer slip out of the fuse holder.
9. Attach the earth cables to the battery terminal. (4-a_b)
10.Screw the holder onto a suitable point (not on the battery) (5-b) and engage the fastening piece on
the fuse holder (audible noise). (5-a)
11.Install the battery* for the Mammut supply voltage so that it cannot come loose or tip over after instal-
lation.
12.Connect the positive terminal (+, red cable) and then the negative terminal (-, black cable) to the bat-
tery. (6-c_d)
13.Plug in the blade-type fuses. (6-e)
14.Carefully seal the cable opening with a suitable sealing compound on the inside and outside.
15.Check your installation at the end.
Read the instructions for use before taking into operation! Always comply with the following
sections: "Safety" and "Initial start-up".
16.Carry out the initial start-up.
