Connection set
for installation on unfinished walls
- Remove the cap from the heating return.
- Remove the band fitting from the heating flow.
- Install the three-way diverter valve from the connection set with the enclosed gaskets
to the heating flow.
- Fit the 3/4" pipe connectors for the heating flow on the l.h. side, for the heating return
on the r.h. side, using the flat packing and union nuts supplied. Wind hemp around
the 1/2" gas fitting in the centre of the boiler and fit the pipe connector.
- Push the maintenance angle valve together with the compression fitting onto the pipe
connector and tighten lightly.
- Push the maintenance angle valve together with the safety valve connection onto the
r.h. pipe connector and tighten lightly. Wind hemp around the safety valve connection.
- Wind hemp around one side of the straight connector and insert into the elbow of the
gas ball valve. Push the gas ball valve together with the compression fitting onto the
centre pipe connector and tighten by hand.
The parts may be moved for the further installation steps if required. Tighten the
compression fittings after the installation has been completed.

- Wind hemp around all threaded connections on the DHW cylinder and install the
compression fitting I/O nipple.
Close the DHW cylinder connection with the cap supplied if no DHW circulation pipe
is to be installed.
- Push the DHW cylinder into the connection panel until it is flush with the boiler, and
level with the adjustable feet to dimension 790 mm.
