Troubleshooting
Speaker does not turn on
Charge the speaker and make sure it has enough power.
Speaker does not connect to my device
Please check the following:
The Bluetooth® device supports Bluetooth® A2DP
profiles; The speakers are within 10 m or less of your
device; The loudspeaker is in pairing mode (LED status
light is blue or red).
No sound
Make sure that the volume on both the speaker and your
device is set to an audible level. Make sure that your de-
vice is successfully connected to the speaker. The Status
LED light is permanently blue.
Poor sound quality
Reduce the distance between the speaker and your device
and remove any obstructions in between.
