Vacuum
Problem
• Vacuum does not turn
on.
• Vacuum has low
suction

Cause
a. Battery insulation tab is still in
place
b. Battery has low charge
c. Battery switched to protection
mode
a. Filter is clogged
b. Intake path blockage
c. Dust bin is too full.
Solution
a. Remove insulation tab - see
instructions on p.8
b. Recharge the battery - see instructions
on p.8
c. Disconnect & reconnect power adapter
to wall outlet then briefly charge vac
to reset battery. Disconnect vac and
resume cleaning.
a. Clean filter and filter cover - see
instruction on p.9
b. Visually inspect intake point and clear
debris as needed
c. Empty dust bin.
