Your new airfryer allows you to prepare your favorite ingredients and snacks
in a healthier way. The airfryer uses hot air in combination with high-speed
air circulation (Rapid Air) and a top grill to prepare a variety of tasty dishes
in a healthy, fast and easy way. Your ingredients are heated from all sides at
once and there is no need to add oil to most of the ingredients.

Automatic shut-off

This appliance is equipped with an automatic shut-off function. If you do not
press a button within 30 minutes, the appliance switches off automatically.
To switch off the appliance manually, press the power on/off button.
Before first use
Remove all packing material.

Remove the foil from the control panel and any stickers or labels

from the appliance.
Thoroughly clean all parts before you use the appliance for the first

time as indicated in the cleaning table.
Preparing for use
Place appliance on stable, horizontal and level surface.

Do not place appliance on non-heat-resistant surface.
Pull the power cord out of the cord storage compartment at the

back of the appliance.
This is an airfryer that works on hot air. Do not fill the pan with oil,
frying fat or any other liquid.
Do not put anything on top of appliance or block air vents.
This disrupts the airflow and affects the hot air frying result.
Using the appliance
Refer to Recipe Book for recipes, cooking temperatures and times and tips.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs. This product is for
household use only (Fig. 1).
Splatter-proof lid

The variety cooking basket comes with a multifunctional splatter-proof
lid which: (Fig. 3)

Is designed for fatty ingredients for easier cleaning
(e.g. chicken drumsticks, chicken wings, bacon, hamburgers).

Is designed for light ingredients so they stay in the basket
(e.g.: slice of toast or during dehydration of fruits and vegetables).
-
Reduces the speed of browning on the top which makes it perfect for
more versatile recipes (like cakes, potato gratin, etc.).
-
Reduces smoke during cooking.
Note: If you use the splatter-proof lid the cooking time may be longer than
recommended in the recipe book, as you need more time to reach the same
level of browning on the top and doneness inside than without the lid.
Hot air frying
Note: The appliance may produce some smoke when you use it for the first
time. This is normal.
Pull the pan out the airfryer. (Fig. 4)

Press the basket release button and remove the basket from the

pan (Fig. 5).
Insert the removable honeycomb mesh bottom into the

basket. (Fig. 6)
Put the basket into the pan (Fig. 7).

Slide the pan back into the airfryer (Fig. 8).

Never use pan without basket in place.
Caution: The basket and pan become HOT during cooking. Do not touch
the basket and pan during and for some time after use. Only hold the pan
and basket by the basket handle. Only lift the splatter-proof lid wearing an
oven mitt or with a pot holder.
Put the plug in a wall outlet.

Press the power on/off button to switch on the appliance (Fig. 9).

Set the preheating temperature by pressing the up/down arrow

buttons (Fig. 10).
Tip: Press and hold the up or down button longer to move the temperature up
or down faster.
Press the start/pause button. (Fig. 11)

The appliance starts preheating to the set temperature.

The set temperature flashes until the set temperature has been

reached. Then the appliance beeps and the set temperature is
displayed continuously. (Fig. 12)
Pull the pan out the airfryer. (Fig. 4)

Place the ingredients in the basket and slide the pan into the

airfryer (Fig. 13).
Note: If you prepare very fatty or light ingredients or if you want to reduce the
speed of browning, mount the splatter-proof lid on the basket (Fig. 14).
Note: Never fill the basket beyond the MAX indication. This has a negative
effect on the end result.
Caution: Do not fill the airfryer pan with oil or any other liquid. (Fig. 15)
Set the required cooking time by pressing the up/down arrow

buttons. (Fig. 10)
Note: You can change the time or the temperature anytime during the process.
Note: You can switch between temperature and time by pressing on the
temperature/timer selection button. The respective measuring unit is shown in
the display (Fig. 16).
Note: If you have not preheated the appliance, add 3 minutes to the cooking time.
Note: If you do not set the required cooking time within 5 minutes, the
appliance returns to standby mode and will automatically shut off after
30 minutes.
Press the start/pause button to start the cooking process. (Fig. 11)

The display starts counting down the set cooking time.

Excess oil or rendered fat from the ingredients is collected on the
,
bottom of the pan.
Some ingredients require shaking midway through the cooking

process. To shake ingredients, pull the pan out of the appliance and
shake it. Then slide the pan back into the airfryer.
Caution: Do not press the basket release button during shaking.
Note: Depending on type of ingredients cooking, carefully pour off any excess oil
or rendered fat from pan before shaking or replacing basket in pan.
Tip: To reduce the weight, you can remove the basket from the pan and shake
the basket only. To do so, pull the pan out of the appliance, place it on a heat-
resistant surface and press the basket release button.
When the appliance starts beeping, the set cooking time has

elapsed. (Fig. 17)
