Align the GASKET(18) over the OUTLET BOX(1) and place the FIXTURE BASE(6) over the OUTLET BOX(1).

Align the RUBBER WASHER(4) and NUT(3) with the CENTER HOLE(5) in the FIXTURE BASE(6). Attach the FIXTURE BASE(6) to the MOUNTING BRACKET(11) by threading the BRACKET
SCREW(2) through the CENTER HOLE(5), and tightening until FIXTURE BASE(6) is secure against the wall.

Loosen the ADJUSTMENT KNOBS(16) to position LAMP HEADS(17). (Fig. 2)

Restore power at fuse box/circuit breaker. Check operation of Integrated LED Fixture™.
