INSTALLATION:

SHUT OFF MAIN ELECTRICAL SUPPLY FROM THE MAIN FUSE BOX/CIRCUIT BREAKER!

Remove contents from box. Ensure that no parts are missing. Reference the illustrations
included with this instruction manual.

Locate the BLACK AND WHITE SUPPLY WIRES(10 and 9) and the SUPPLY GROUND WIRE(13),
and remove them from the OUTLET BOX(1).

Attach the MOUNTING BRACKET(11) to the OUTLET BOX(1). Use the slotted holes on the
MOUNTING BRACKET(11) and the provided MOUNTING SCREWS(12).
Before making any wire connections, be sure that the all supply wires are through the GASKET(18). (Fig. 1)

Make the following wire connections (Fig.1), using the provided WIRE NUTS(8):
WHITE (-) SUPPLY WIRE (9) TO WHITE FIXTURE WIRE (14)
BLACK (+) SUPPLY WIRE (10) TO BLACK FIXTURE WIRE (15)
SUPPLY GROUND WIRE (13) TO FIXTURE GROUND WIRE (7)
If necessary, wrap all wire connections in electrical tape to ensure a secure connection.

Carefully tuck wire connections back into OUTLET BOX(1).
