Assembly
The high-lift pallet truck is delivered in two parts packed separately. Please assemble the truck according to the
following description.
-
Release the two screws (H), remove the battery cover (E717).
-
Use the hexagonal screws (E708) and spring washers (E709) to connect the battery console (E718) and
bearing plate together.

Remove the connector plug (E706) from the pressure line (E705) to the pump. Draw the pressure line through
the hole on the front of the battery console (E718 ).
Connect the plug (E706) firmly back to the pressure line (E705).
If the battery is already built into your forklift truck you can now miss out points 5.4 and 5.5.

Install the battery (E732) for the lifting operation on the battery console (E718). Please note the battery data in
point 6.

Connect the battery to the power cables (anode + = red/cathode - = black).

Fasten the steering mechanism on the external lifting cylinder (M624) Use the screws (H708) and spring
washers (H709) to connect the steering console (H710) and the mounting plate (H711).
The position of the steering console is approx, 50mm above the battery cover.

Connect the two contactors H705 and E710.

Mount the battery cover (E717) with the screws (H) on the battery console (E718).

Charge the battery (see point 4.4.1)

Remove the air bubbles in the hydraulic cylinder by raising and lowering
the forklift truck under load (200kg-800kg) until it stops juddering.

Operation
Please observe the following tips for working safely with the pallet truck:
The scissor pallet truck must only be used by trained persons.
Do no move on slopes.

Do not walk under suspended loads.
-
When operating the lifting truck we recommend wearing gloves and safety shoes.

Do not move unstable or loosely piled goods.
-
The bearing capacity given must not be exceeded.
-
The given bearing capacity refers to an evenly spread load.
Always load the pallet truck as shown in Fig. 1.

Make sure that the length of the forks corresponds to the length of the pallet.

Only pull/push the pallet truck in the lowered position.
-
Steer carefully; the load can slip with sudden movements.
-
The lifting mechanism must not be used with a flat battery.

There should be approx. 3 min. between the individual lifting operations in order not to exceed the on-time of

the motor.
