the steam again.
Fill a jug with approximately 100 ml of milk per cappuccino to be made. We
4.
recommend using whole milk at refrigerator temperature (never hot milk!).
Note: When selecting the size of the jug, we recommend using a jug with a
minimum diameter of 70 mm. Keep in mind that the volume of milk doubles and
make sure you choose a jug that is tall enough.
Insert approximately 2 cm of the foamer into the milk and turn the steam knob

slowly anti-clockwise. The steam is released from the foamer. Foam the milk by
moving the jug in a circular motion from top to bottom.
Note: Never turn the steam knob quickly, as the steam will accumulate rapidly in
a very short time, which could lead to a potential risk of blowout.
Once the desired result is achieved, turn the steam knob to the "OFF" position and
6.
press the
button. The green
light flashes. The steam stops.
Note: Gently clean the foamer straight away using a sponge, after the steam has
stopped.
Pour the milk foam into the previously made espresso. Add sugar to the cappuccino

according to your preference and sprinkle the milk foam with powdered cacao.
To switch off the appliance, press the button once.

Note: We recommend leaving the coffee maker to cool down for at least 5 minutes
before making another coffee. Otherwise the next espresso may have a burnt smell.
