If the dough is sticky, sprinkle a little fl our
over it before running it through again.
Adjust the pasta machine's rollers one
position higher and run the dough through
the machine again.
Repeat this procedure until the dough is the
desired thickness.
Cut across the dough to form sheets with a
length of about 25 cm.
To make pasta strips, insert the crank handle
into the socket on the cutting unit (5) and
run your pasta sheets slowly through the
cutting unit.
Place the pasta sheets or pasta strips on a tea
towel and allow them to dry for 1-2 hours
before cooking them.
Cleaning and maintenance
Remove the cutting unit by lifting it upwards
and sliding it sideways along the groove.
Once you have fi nished making pasta, wipe
the pasta machine clean with a piece of
kitchen roll.
NEVER use water or a damp cloth, as the
rollers will lose their smoothness, causing the
pasta dough to stick to them.
The pasta machine must not be washed.
If required, drip a few drops of cooking oil
onto the ends of the rollers and cutting
rollers.
