tray in a cool environment, 10ºC (50F) to

24ºC (75F) for at least 3 hours prior to initial custom fitting.
Failure to follow these guidelines may compromise the initial fitting
process and void the warranty.
Once the eers
have been custom fitted to the user's ears, there

are no special temperature considerations.
