Warranty
Product Warranty: 1 Year Limited
Sonomax Technologies Inc. ("Sonomax") warrants the original consumer purchaser only
that the eers™ product (the "product") is free in normal use of any defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase from a
Sonomax authorized distributor or reseller (the "product warranty period"). Sonomax will
repair or replace with the same or a comparable model (in Sonomax's sole and absolute
discretion) a product that is or, with normal use, becomes defective, if returned within the
product warranty period. In order for this warranty to be valid, the consumer must provide
the original proof of purchase with the returned product, and must carefully repack the
product, preferably in its original package, insure its content, and send it, postage prepaid,
to the address stated below. This warranty does not apply and becomes void in case
of: (a) damage caused by use of the product with another device; (b) damage caused by
accident, abuse, mishandling, negligent use, misuse, accident, flood, fire, earthquake or
other external causes; (c) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted
or intended uses described herein; (d) damage caused by service performed by anyone
who is not an authorized representative of Sonomax or a Sonomax Authorized Service
Provider; or (e) a product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability.
Fit Warranty: 14 Day Perfect Fit
Sonomax also warrants the original consumer purchaser only that the product will fit
comfortably, subject to the product having been fitted by the customer in accordance
with Sonomax's instructions, for a period of fourteen (14) days from the date of original
purchase from a Sonomax authorized distributor or reseller (the "fit warranty period").
Sonomax will replace such product if returned within the fit warranty period. In order for
this warranty to be valid, the consumer must provide the original proof of purchase with
the returned product, and must carefully repack the product, preferably in its original
package, insure its content, and send it, postage prepaid, to the address stated below.
This warranty does not apply and becomes void in case of: (a) improper installation; (b)
damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, negligent use, misuse, accident, flood,
fire, earthquake or other external causes; or (c) a product that has been modified in
any way.
