1.1 Face (fig. 1)
1 Display of programme number or programme mode
2 Button STROB for switching on and off the strobo-
scopic effect
3 Button + for proceeding to the next programme num-
ber or, after pressing the button MANUAL, for man-
ual selection of the gobos
4 Button MANUAL for switching on and off the manual
selection of the gobos or for changing the pro-
gramme speed
5 Microphone
6 Button B/O for blackout or for programme restart
7 Button TRIG/AUDIO for selection between automat-
ic control or music control
8 Button – for returning to the previous programme
number or, after pressing the button MANUAL, for
manual selection of the gobos

2 Safety Notes
The controller and the supplied power supply unit cor-
respond to the directive for electromagnetic compatibi-
lity 89/336/EEC. The power supply unit also corre-
sponds to the low voltage directive 73 /23/EEC.
Attention!
The power supply unit is supplied with hazardous
mains voltage (230 V~). Leave servicing to skilled per-
sonnel only. Inexpert handling may cause an electric
shock hazard. Furthermore, any guarantee claim will
expire if the controller or the power supply unit has
been opened.
Please observe the following items in any case:
The controller and the power supply unit are suitable
for indoor use only. Protect them against dripping
water and splash water, high air humidity, and heat
(admissible ambient temperature range 0 °C to
40 °C).
Do not operate the controller or immediately dis-
connect the power supply unit from the mains socket
1. if there is visible damage to the controller, to the
power supply unit, or to the mains cable of the
power supply unit,
2. if a defect might have occurred after the unit was
dropped or suffered a similar accident,
3. if malfunctions occur.
In any case the unit must be repaired by
skilled personnel.
