7� The preparation cycle can be interrupted by pressing the on/off button once at any time of the
preparation� The appliance will continue the preparation cycle when you press the on/off button
again�
Note: You can remove the carafe and serve the coffee at any time� The flow of coffee will stop
automatically� However, this pause must not exceed 30 seconds�
8� Remove the carafe to serve once the preparation is completed (approximately one minute after
the coffee stops flowing out)�
Note: the quantity of coffee obtained will be less than the amount of water poured into the
appliance because the ground coffee absorbs water�
9� Once the preparation is complete, if you do not want to serve coffee immediately, leave coffee
maker turned on for the coffee to be kept warm in the carafe� The blue light will illuminate after
the preparation within a period of 15 minutes and the screen will display the current time if
the appliance has not been manually turned off once the preparation is complete� For optimal
tasting, use the coffee just after preparation�
10� Always switch off the coffee maker and unplug it when it is not in use�
Caution: When you are serving the coffee, the momentary tilt angle of the carafe must not
exceed 45 degrees in relation to its vertical position� Slowly pour the coffee until the carafe is
empty, otherwise the lid of the carafe will refill with coffee which will flow over the two edges of
the lid and could injure someone!
Automatic start function

If you do not wish to start an immediate preparation cycle, for example, the time shows 12:00 and
you want the coffee maker to start automatically at 13:03, first follow steps 1 to 5 of the above
section and then adjust the automatic start function as follows:
1� Press once on the Set Delayed Start button and the word Clock appears in the top right of the
screen�
2� Keep pressing the button for the hour and minutes to adjust the current time (real time),
specifically 12:00 (see Image 2)� If you do not press the button for the hour and minutes within
a period of 15 seconds, the word CLOCK will disappear from the screen�
Note: the time system is 24-hour clock�

3� Press again on the Set Delayed Start button and the word Timer appears in the top right of the
screen�
4� Adjust the delayed start time by pressing the Hour and Minute button several times until 13:03
is obtained (see Image 3)�
5� Once the delayed start time is selected, press the Set Delayed Start button once so that the word
TIMER disappears from the screen� The screen will display the current time� The appliance will
begin the preparation of the coffee at the programmed time�
6� Press the on/off button once and the indicator light on the screen will illuminate in blue�
Note: You can cancel the auto start function by pressing the on/off
button once to turn off the appliance� If you want to prepare coffee
immediately, press the on/off button once to start the preparation
immediately� If you want to change the time for auto start, follow
only steps 1 to 4 above�
At the scheduled time, the light will turn green and the appliance
will begin the preparation� The blue light will illuminate after the
preparation within a period of 15 minutes and the screen will display
the current time if the appliance has not been manually turned off
once the preparation is complete�
Memory
In the event of a power failure or accidental disconnection of the power cord during operation,
the appliance will resume the previous cycle automatically from the point of disconnection without
pressing any button, provided that the interruption does not exceed 10 seconds� In the event that
the duration of the interruption exceeds 10 seconds, the screen displays the default setting and the
appliance must be restarted�
