Malfunctions
Problems
Appliance does not turn on.
The silkflame does not rise.
One of the lights is not burning.

After Care
The FireWare Phoenix Silkflame requires little maintenance. However, you do need to keep the
machine clean. Disconnect the appliance from the power supply and clean it with a moist cloth. Do not
plunge the appliance in the water.
Keep the connections clean. First, disconnect the appliance from the power supply and clean the audio
connections with a moist cloth. Ensure that the connections are completely dry before you connect
anything of before you reconnect it to the power supply.
The silkflame is made from special silk and has a limited lifespan. After approximately 240 hours
burning time the silkflame requires replacement. You can order new silkflames with FireWare.
Maintenance cloth: after use in combination with smoke you can rinse the flame with lukewarm water
and possibly some hand-wash detergent. If the fabric is very wrinkled you can iron the silkflame. Do
not use a steam iron for this.

Waste disposal
Electric appliances, accessories and packaging need to be collected and recycled separately or dis-
posed off in an environmentally responsible manner.

Possible Cause
No plug in the socket.
Not the right feed.
On/off switch if turned off.
A fuse has blown.
The cables are damaged.
The ventilation outlets are
blocked.
The flame is dirty.
The light is broken.
Solutions
Put the plug in an earthed socket.
Use a 230 V feed.
Turn the switch on.
