FireWare Phoenix Silkflame
In the event service or repair is required this product can ONLY be opened by a
FireWare technician; this is to prevent the risk of getting an electric shock. If a
problem occurs, disconnect the product from the mains voltage and contact FireWare.
The manufacturer does not accept any responsibility for damage caused by not
(strictly) observing the safety measures and instructions in this manual or for
carelessness during the use of the product listed in this document and possible
matching accessories.
Do not connect this device to a dimmer pack.
Do not shake the device. Avoid brute force when installing or operating the device and do
not switch the device on and off in short intervals, as this will reduce the system's life.
NEVER look directly into the light. This can cause damage to the eye.
Make sure the ventilation channels are always unobstructed.
Never use the FireWare Phoenix Silkflame if the lens or casing is damaged. In case these
parts are damaged FireWare staff needs to replace them.
Keep flammable materials or surfaces at a minimum distance of 0,50 meter.
Always disconnect power from the mains, when the device is not used or before cleaning.
Only handle the power-cord by the plug. Never pull out the plug by tugging the power-cord.
Make sure that the power-cord is never crimped or damaged. Check the device and power-
cord from time to time.
If the device is dropped or struck, disconnect mains power supply immediately. Have a
qualified engineer inspect for safety before operating.
If the device has been exposed to drastic temperature fluctuation (for example after
transportation), do not switch it on immediately. The arising condensation water might
damage your device. Leave the device switched off until it has reached room temperature.
