Cleaning Your Blender

Unplug cord.

Lift blender jar assembly off the
base.

Remove lid.

Electrical Shock Hazard.
Disconnect power before cleaning. Do not immerse cord, plug,
base, or motor in water or other liquid.
After blending, add 1 cup
(237 ml) warm water and 1 drop
dishwasher liquid to jar. Blend
on CLEAN program. Rinse and
dry immediately. For a more
thorough cleaning, sprinkle
2 tablespoons (30 ml) baking
soda in blender. Add 1/2 cup
(118 ml) white vinegar. Mixture
will bubble. When bubbling
subsides, add 1 cup (237 ml)
water and blend on the CLEAN
cycle. Wash any remaining
residue with dish soap and water.
Rinse and dry.
