Always check that the mains voltage
corresponds to the voltage on the
product rating plate.

3. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
The BACKNETIX® WRAP is specifically designed to fit
around the neck, shoulders, and upper and lower back.
1. Remove the BACKNETIX® WRAP from its
protective plastic packaging and unfold it.
2. Place the BACKNETIX® WRAP on your shoulders
and back with the blue side up. Make sure it fits
around the neck, as shown in Picture F.
3. Adjust the attaching systems at the neck and waist
to ensure the BACKNETIX® WRAP is in full contact
with the body.

4. The BACKNETIX® WRAP has two heat levels and
four massage levels that can be used individually or in
combination for customized therapy (Figure A).
5. Plug the device into the mains. The red pilot light on the
lower part of the temperature selector will come on when
the device is plugged into the mains.
To activate the BACKNETIX® WRAP, press the temperature
button (Picture B) and/or the massage button (Picture C) to
activate their respective functions.
6. Press the temperature button (Picture B) to select
the desired heat level. The green pilot light indicates
low temperature and the red pilot light indicates high
temperature.
7. Press the massage button (Picture C) to select the
vibration intensity and vibration mode:
1. Low vibration – constant – green pilot light
2. Low vibration – intermittent – flashing green pilot light
3. High vibration – constant – red pilot light
4. High vibration – intermittent – flashing red pilot light
Note: The heat function and massage function can be
operated individually or at the same time.
8. To turn off the wrap, press the temperature and/or
massage buttons until the device shuts off.
NOTE: The pilot light on the lower part of the temperature
selector will start flashing if there is any kind of product
error. If this happens, unplug the product from the mains
and check the power cable and plug.
Burn Hazard
When wearing the electric wrap, it should not be too
tight, but should be worn loose against the body.
Never wear the device without the outer case!
4. AUTOMATIC SHUTOFF FUNCTION
The BACKNETIX® WRAP will shut off automatically
after two hours of continuous use of the temperature
function and after 30 minutes of continuous use of the
massage function.

6. CLEANING

Before cleaning the wrap, unplug the power cable
from the mains!
IMPORTANT: Only the outer case is washable. Do
not wash the inner case of the BACKNETIX® WRAP.

The outer case cannot be dry cleaned.
Do not use bleach on the outer case.
Do not wring dry the outer case.
Do not get the inner case (connected to the power
cable) damp or wet.
Unplug the BACKNETIX® WRAP from the mains and
remove the outer case.
Remove the outer case by undoing the zip on the side.
The outer case is machine washable in warm water
on gentle cycle. Tumble dry on medium heat. Remove
at once when tumbling stops.
The outer case can also be hand washed in warm wa-
ter. Air dry.
When the outer case is completely dry, insert the
inner case inside to use the wrap again.
When not in use, store method/way/place:
- Keep the BACKNETIX WRAP clean and dry.
- Store the device in a dry place when it is not in use.
- Carefully fold the product to store it.
- Allow the device to cool before you fold or roll it up.
- Please do not use any chemical moth protection.
- Do not place any heavy objects on the device during
storage, as this may damage the

Do not dispose of this product as you would
other household waste. Dispose of this device
in accordance with the corresponding local regulations.

QUALITY WARRANTY
This product is covered by a warranty against
manufacturing defects subject to the time periods
stipulated by the legislation in force in each country.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from
inadequate use, negligent commercial use, abnormal
wear and tear, accidents or improper handling.

Guarantees. These are prescribed by the Australian
Consumer Law & the New Zealand Consumer
Guarantees Act 1993, both of which provide protection
