Maintenance
Lubrication
• The saw is built with sealed bearings in the motor
housing and in the center of the disc assembly and do not
require additional lubrication.
• Apply lithium white wax in the height control and disc
angle mechanisms.
Cleansing
• Keep the inside of the cabinet free of sawdust and
wood dust. Disconnect the saw, vacuum clean the inside
of the cabinet or blow using an air hose. Assure the air
pressure is not higher than 50 PSI, because air pressure
can damage the insulation.
• The height control and disc control mechanisms can be
cleaned using a hard wire brush.
• Tar or resin accumulation shall be cleaned using a
solvent like turpentine on mineral alcohol, a wire hard
brush and steel fiber.
V- Bands Replacement
• Lower the cutting disc all the way down and open the
door to access the motor.
• Loosen the hex nuts fastening the motor (A) and lift the
motor all the way up to eliminate tension in the V- bands.
• Remove the V-bands from the spindle and the motor
pulleys.
• With the motor lifted, install a new set of V- bands into
the pulleys. Lower the motor to make tension.
• Tighten the hex nuts that fasten the motor and close the
door.

Table Surface
• The table surface is made of unfinished metal that
with the passing of time and without proper care
accumulates rust. When using the saw, apply a thin
coating of lubricant onto the surface to prevent rust.
• If there is already rust in the surface, use lubricant
and a fine wire mesh to remove rust. Using some
quality wax paste into the table surface is a good
preventive measure to help fighting the rust.
