Making juices with your FitinJuice slow juicer

1) Wash your fruits and vegetables. There is no need to peel and
seed them, except when the skin can alter the taste of your
juice (like orange zest, pineapple skin). You can learn more on
our website www.fitinjuice.com.
2) Cut them into pieces. Their size should match that of the
opening of the safety hood (1). There is no need to cut fruits
such as apples.
3) Place the juice can on the right of the body beneath the hose
with the dip free stopper and the waste container on the left
beneath the waste outlet. Switch on your juicer by selecting ON
on the switch (15) at the back of the unit.
4) Insert the pieces gradually. The use of the plunger (8) is
necessary only if the pieces get stuck in the hood supply
chimney or are not caught by the squeezing screw.
5) You can add a little water to dilute the pulp remaining in the
extraction bowl at the end of the extraction process. You can
also rinse the extraction bowl (5) between two juices by simply
pouring water into the unit while rotating.
6) If the juice extractor suddenly stops working, you should switch
it off. Then try to loosen it by rotating the motor in the other
direction pressing REV on the switch.
7) Wash the parts of the squeezing set, taking special car of the
holes and slots and with the help of the supplied cleaning brush
(8), and dry them. This will curb the possible spots that may
appear because of the acids of the fruits.
