Functional control
The switch below the display switches between
voltage and current display. The display remains
switched on, due to the very low power requirements.
With the switch in the position "Voltage" the display
will display a voltage from 10.0 to 14.4 (28.8) in Volt.
The value corresponds to the actual battery voltage.
The battery voltage also informs on the charging state
of the battery. Please also refer to "Information of
display values".
With the switch in the position "Current" the actual
current flowing will be displayed in Ampere [A].
Note: If you multiply the actual charge current by the
actual battery voltage, you will get the charge output
in Watt.
The output calculated in this way will only rarely
correspond to the nominal modular output. This is
perfectly normal with solar installations in connection
with battery systems!
You will be able to measure a charge output of app.
70 % to 80 % of the nominal output on an optimal
sunny day.
