For your safety this product conforms to the guidelines regarding Personal
Protective Equipment (directive 89/686/EEC). Please therefore read the user
notes, which are enclosed with the product, and check to ensure that the product
is suited for the work you intend to perform.
Glove assembling methods are not known to be harmful to the user's health or
safety. However, be advised that wearing protec-tive gloves for extended periods
of times, particularly in hot and/or humid weather, will result in perspiration.
Therefore, it is advised to take the gloves off from time to time to let your hands
breathe in open air, and change dirty or worn gloves. Never expose oneself to a
risk with bear hands. The use is also advised to wash his hands with clear water,
possibly with neutral soap after using the gloves. Put the gloves on clean dry
hands. Suitable creams can also be used.
Do not wear jewelry, rings, bracelets...
People with sensitive skin may find that contact with certain materials causes an
allergic reaction. If this should occur please refer to your doctor and avoid the
material concerned.

GLOVE DESCRIPTION
The NIT15 gloves are made from 100% acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR).
They are designed for hand protection only. The glove offers dexterity and pro-
tection against abrasion, puncture and resistance against certains chemicals such
as petroleum related products, solvents and alkalis. It can be used for painting
applications, handling of solvents, battery manufacturing, and electroplating
industries.
LIMITS OF USE
Do not use:
- against electricity risks
- for handling hot parts
- against the risk of mechanical percurssion
Never use out of the application field defined below.
Gloves shall not be worn when there is a risk of entanglement by moving parts
of machines.

PACKING AND STORAGE
The gloves are packed in bundles, along with this leaflet.
The bundled gloves are then placed in cardboard cartons.
This is suitable for transportation and storage.
Store the gloves in cool dry place and out of direct sunlight. Be careful, plastic
bags may be dangerous ; keep away from babies and children (risk of suffocation).
CLEANING / MAINTENANCE
Both new and used gloves should be thoroughly inspected before use, especially
after cleaning treatment, and before being worn to ensure no damage is present.
Gloves should not be left in contaminated condition if re-use is intended, in
which case gloves should be cleaned as far as possible, provided no serious ha-
zards exists, before removal from the hands. Excess contaminant should first be
removed and the gloves may be de-contaminated with mild detergent solution,
then rinsed with clean water and dried ideally with some air movement. When
the contaminant is not removable or presents a potential hazard it is advisable
to ease left and right hand gloves off alternatively using the gloved hand so
that the gloves are removed without the contaminant contacting the bare hands.
The performance levels of the glove after washing may not be the same as the
original tested performance levels. The glove is not laundrable. Do not hang the
glove above a direct heat source for drying. Store the glove in a cool dry place.
Worn or damaged products must not be used and must be replaced.
OBSOLESCENCE
Service life cannot be specified precisely and depends on application and res-
ponsibility of user to ascertain suitability of the product for its intended use.

Los métodos de montaje de los guantes no son considerados como perjudiciales
para la salud o a la higiene del usuario. No obstante, cabe mencionar que el uso
prolongado de los guantes de protección, en particular en ambiente caliente y/o
húmedo, puede causar un fenómeno de transpiración. Así pues, le aconsejamos qui-
tarse los guantes de vez en cuando, para dejar que las manos respiren al aire libre,
y cambiar los guantes sucios o usados. Pero tenga mucha precaución de exponerse
a algún riesgo con las manos desprotegidas. Aconsejamos igualmente al usuario
que se lave las manos con agua limpia, eventualmente con un jabón neutro, después
de cada utilización de los guantes. Poner los guantes en manos secas y limpias.
También se puede utilizar cremas adecuadas. No use joyas, anillos, pulseras ... en
su trabajo.
En algunas personas sensibles, el contacto de la piel con materiales puede desenca-
denar reacciones alérgicas. En este caso, póngase en contacto con su médico y evite
el material en cuestión.
Para razones de seguridad como de higiene, este equipo es de uso estrictamente
personal.

DESCRIPCIÓN DEL GUANTE
Los guantes NIT15 se fabrican a partir de látex Acrilonitrilo Butadieno (NBR:
«nitrile butadiene rubber»). Están destinados únicamente a la protección de
la mano. Ofrecen una protección contra la abrasión y contra ciertos productos
químicos tales como los derivados del petróleo, los disolventes y los álcalis. Para

Pueden ser utilizados para los trabajos de pintura, para la manipulación de disol-
ventes, durante la fabricación de baterías y en las industrias de galvanización.
LIMITES DE USO
No debe utilizar:
- contra los riesgos eléctricos
- para la manipulación de piezas calientes.
- contra el riesgo de percursion mecánica
No utilizar para otras applicaciones que las definidas más arriba indicado.
No se deben usar los guantes cuando existe el riesgo de atrapamiento por partes
móviles de máquinas.
