INTRODUCTION
The R-080124 Catalytic Converter is a simple device that can be fitted to the exhaust hose of the pre-
heating furnace in order to remove the gases and non-burnt products generated as a consequence of
the combustion of waxes and other materials.
The ventilation system removes the gases produced inside the furnace and takes them to the extractor
hood placed outside. Inside the converter, the gases and non-burnt materials are reheated again and
reduced to CO

inhale and produced during the pre-heating processes.
The converter has been specially designed to operate together with the MESTRA HP furnaces, but it can
also be connected to any other pre-heating furnace with an exhaust hose at its back of a maximum outer
diameter of 38 mm.
