CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Clean the external surface with a cloth lightly impregnated with a
synthetic cleaning agent. Dust may be removed from the lens with a soft
brush. Where necessary, clean the optics with a soft cotton cloth
moistened with ethyl alcohol or a special fluid for lenses with a multi-layer
coating.
If the IR Illuminator has been brought indoors from cold temperatures,
condensation may form on the optical surfaces. This is normal, and the
condensation should disappear within an hour.
