Solution
Check the air supply. For top performance, the air
pressure must be 90 psig (6.2 bar/620 kPa) at the
inlet of the tool.
Clean the Power Regulator in a clean, suitable
cleaning solution. If it cannot be cleaned, replace
it.
Replace the Throttle Valve.
Install a new Throttle Valve.
Replace the Motor Assembly.
