Check belt tension, see Adjusting Belt tension under
Maintenance.
Torque pump mounting nuts to 6– 8 ft.-lbs. (8.1–10.8 Nm).
Torque motor mounting
(11.3– 13.6 Nm). WARNING: Risk of bursting. Excessive
vibration could weaken the air tank and cause it to rupture
or explode. Mounting screws must be kept tightened.

Tighten pulley set screw, torque to 145–165 in.-lbs.
(16.4– 19.6 Nm).
Tighten flywheel
(0.3– 4.4 Nm).
Contact an EmGLO factory service center or an EmGLO
authorized service center.
Check belt tension, see Adjusting Belt tension under
Maintenance.
