1. Remove and discard two M8 bolts (G) from each side of
the right front axle arm (H).

2. Install RH fender bracket (I) onto right front axle arm (H),
and over existing mounting holes where original M8 bolts
were just removed. Secure with supplied M8x25 bolts (J).
Tighten to 32 N•m (24 lb-ft).
Complete Installation

1. Install M6x16 pan cross screw (K) through M6 washer,
fender (L), and wire bracket. Secure with M6 locknut.
Tighten locknut to 9 N•m (12 lb-ft). Repeat on opposite
side.
2. Install front wheel assembly (M). Tighten lug bolts to 81
N•m (60 lb-ft) using a star pattern. Repeat to insure proper
torque. Repeat wheel installation on opposite side.
3. Remove protective film (N) over emblem on fender to
reveal a smooth finish.

Install Shield On 62C Deck Only

1. Discard shield if you have a 54C deck.

2. Cut shield (A) on both sides of the slot (B) to yield two
halves.
3. Side (C) is the placed on left front lip of the deck and
side (D) is placed on right front lip of deck.
