If you are making a wireless connection, skip this step and move on to step 3.

If you are making a wired connection, connect a standard Ethernet cable from
your router or another ZonePlayer (or a live network wall plate if you have built-in
wiring) to one of the Ethernet switch connections on the back of the new Sonos
component.
Attach the power cord and plug in the ZonePlayer or ZoneBridge. (Make sure the

country before applying power.)
Choose one of the following options:

• Using the Sonos Controller, select Settings→Add a Zone from the Music
Menu and follow the prompts to add this component to your Sonos
Multi-Room Music System.
• Using the Desktop Controller software, select Add a Zone from the Zones
menu and follow the prompts to add this component to your Sonos
Multi-Room Music System.
Add a Controller
Connect the power adapter to the back of the charging cradle (included) and plug the
cradle into a power outlet. Place the Controller 200 into the charging cradle to wake
it up (the screen will come alive when it's ready), and then follow the Controller's
on-screen instructions to add it to your Sonos Multi-Room Music System.
