3. USE OF THE APPLIANCE

• Place the oven on a level surface.
• Put the rack and the removable crumb tray in the oven before plugging
the appliance in.
• To stop the oven before the end of a cycle, push the O/I button.
• The rack should be in the oven for all cooking methods.
• When used, the drip pan should always be on the rack, never under.

1. Natural convection

• Push the
button. The red indicator light next to the button will go
on.
• The default temperature of the oven is 60°C. Push the

• Push the O/I button to preheat the oven. When the temperature

2. Pulsed air

The Cuisinart® multifunction oven has a pulsed air function that circulates
the heated air for faster cooking times. Thanks to this option, food does
not dry out and cooking is perfectly even. Ideal for roasting meat or
poultry and for cooking small cakes or biscuits. Generally, because
cooking time is shorter, the temperature will be a little lower than for
classic cooking by natural convection.
• Follow the same procedure as for cooking with natural convection.

3. Broiler

This cooking method is ideal for quickly and efficiently broiling red or
white meat, poultry, fish, seafood and so on. Equally perfect for

4. Timer/Setting the cooking time
