5. To remove the quick release plate loose the
platform locking knob (A) and then press
the quick release plate security knob (B)
while sliding out the quick release plate.
To install the quick release plate make
sure that the platform locking knob (A) is
loosen, push the security knob (B), slide
in the quick release plate and tighten the
platform locking button (A) again when
the plate is in its correct position.
Please note that the quick release plate can
only be inserted and removed in one way
which is indicated by the arrows shown on
the plate and the platform.
6. Use the dynamic balance adjustment knob
to adjust the resistance of the fluid head
according to your needs. Turn this knob
counterclockwise to loose it and the fluid
video head will tilt very easily. Turn it coun-
terclockwise to tight it more and the video
head will tilt slowly.
7. Remove the quick release plate as
explained in point 5 and attach it to your
camera. Use a coin to secure the screw
onto your camera. Normally there are two
screws on the quick release plate, one 3/8"
and one 1/4". If you just need one of them
you can remove the other. Therefore push
out the rubber protection. Then you are
able to remove the screws.
8. You can store the coin which is used to
screw on the quick release plate to the
camera onto the magnetic place in the
middle of the head.
