BEFORE STARTING
Control Elements
The control for programming the door opener
is located at the back right corner of the power
head.
A
Numerical display shows the menu stage as well as the
selected value ( Figure 9 ).
Decimal Point display lights up to indicate "ready for
operation" and flashes during remote control program-
ming.
B
Serves as an "UP" button during the setting/ adjustment
phase, and as a "START" button outside the menu.
C
Serves as a "DOWN" button during the setting/ adjustment
phase.
D
Used to select the desired setting/ adjustment menu or menu
stage and to store settings.
Programming the control unit is menu driven.
Pressing button D calls up the menu guide. The
numbers displayed indicate the menu stage. After
approximately 2 seconds the display flashes and
the setting can be altered using buttons B and C.
The selected setting is stored with button D, and
the program automatically jumps to the next menu
stage. By repeatedly pressing button D, menu
stages can be skipped. To quit the menu, press but-
ton D until "0" is shown again. When not in pro-
gramming mode, button B can be used to activate
the unit.
Before programming allow door to engage with the carriage.
Turn on the power supply. Make sure the antenna is posi-
tioned correctly. Observe the remote transmitter instructions.
Settings Step 1:

Keep button D pressed for 3 seconds (Figure 10).
Number 1 will appear in the display.
Wait a short time until the 1 begins flashing.
B
Press button B.The door will travel in the OPEN direction as
long as the button is pressed. Release button B when door
has reached desired open position. Use B and C buttons to
make final adjustments.
C
Once the desired OPEN end-of travel position has been
reached, press button D.The operator stores the OPEN end-
of-travel position and "2" appears in the display.
