4.1. PREPARATION

1.- Mount the fabric filter in the tank. Fit it in the frame in
the direction of the suction. Note that it has to be tight and
closed perfectly.
2.- Place the motor head in the filter in the container and
close the side clips.
3.- Connect the air tool adapter or the suction hose in the
tank inlet making sure it is securely attached.

4.2. DESCRIPTION OF THE CONTROLS

A) Power switch:
This switch has three positions to choose
the operation needed.
Switch to "AUTO", to start the tool.
The vacuum only starts when you have a tool that is
connected and working. (IN THIS POSITION NO
POWER CONTROL ACT).
Switch to "OFF" to turn off the vacuum.
Switch to "MANU".
In this position, the equipment is start immediately. (In this
mode if you work in POWER CONTROL).
B) Suction Power Control:
For Model 24L:
(ONLY WORKS IN MANUAL MODE).
Pressing button upwards, the motor speed increased.
Holding for 3 seconds you get the maximum motor speed.
Pressing the button downwards, the motor will slow down.
Holding for 3 seconds you get a low engine speed.
For Model 48L:
Low

Turn the speed control knob of clockwise to increase the
suction power and backwords to reduce it.

C) Plug the power tool:
This plug is used when you want to activate the vacuum
to start a power tool. To do so, place the power switch to
"AUTO".
Note: The power tool must not operate higher than 1000
W. You can damage the vacuum cleaner and cause a fire.
D.- Connector for pneumatic tool adapter:
Plug into the air tool adapter when you want to activate
the vacuum for air tool. To do so, place the power switch
in the "AUTO".

4.3. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Settling switch in "AUTO" the equipment will start and
stop automatically when you turn on or off air tool.
Placing the switch in the "MANU" the equipment will start
immediately and will remain in working as long it is in this
position.
Safety Standards:
Placing the switch in "AUTO" position, the equipment will
start for 1.5 seconds. After will stop until you turn on the
tool connected.
This indicates that the equipment is running.
In "AUTO" after stopping the connected tool, the
equipment will continue running for about 10 seconds.
