WARNING
FALL HAZARD
To help prevent falls, do not use this product when the infant begins to push
up on hands and knees or has reached a weight exceeding 15lbs (6.8kg)
whichever comes first.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD
Infants have suffocated:
• In gaps between extra padding and side of the bassinet/cradle, and
• On soft bedding
• Use only mattress pad provided by manufacturer, NEVER add a pillow,
comforter, or other mattress for padding.
• If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by Korbex
International or one specifically designed to fit the dimension of the
bassinet mattress.
• The bassinet must be completely assembled, including 4 tubes, 8 clips
and the mattress pad before using.
• DO NOT store bassinet in playard while in use
• To help prevent heat buildup inside the playard and to avoid overheating
your child. When using the bassinet, DO NOT use an outdoor canopy.
