Replacing the mains distribution box
Release the wires from the AC
meter.
4. Remove the AC meter.
5. Install the AC meter in the new
mains distribution box.

Installing the new mains distribution box

1. Secure the new mains distribution
box with 2 screws.
Torque 4.2 Nm
2. Plug the new mains distribution box
cables into the control unit.
3. Insert the power cable plug of the
fuel cell module into the mains dis-
tribution box.

+/- 0.2 Nm

6. Reconnect the wires to the AC
meter. Never interchange wires.
Screw torque 1.2 Nm
7. Refit the mains distribution box
cover.
4. Fit the control unit cover. Pivot up
the control unit. Fit the front panels.
5. Start the Vitovalor and check it is
working correctly.
