Handset Menu function1: PHONE BOOK
Each individual Handset has its own phonebook, independent of each other handset, with a maximum of
50entries, each name a maximum of 12 characters, each number a maximum of 20 digits and a melody
selected between 1 and 10.
Press SET/OK key. Use ∧ or ∨ key to select PHONE BOOK. Then press SET/OK key to confirm.
To review phonebook memory (name and number)
When the LCD displays PHONE BOOK, press SET/OK key to confirm, and the LCD displays LIST,
press SET/OK key, LCD displays the phonebook alphabetically, then review the phone book record lists
by using ∧ or ∨ key or press numerical key to jump straight to the first entry beginning with the
corresponding letter, and then scroll up or down.
When the desired number is shown, press
Shortcut: In the idle mode, press
∧ or ∨ key to scroll through the phonebook memory one by one, or press numerical key to jump
straight to the first entry beginning with the corresponding letter, and then scroll up or down.
To add a phonebook memory
Press ∧ or ∨ key to select NEW ENTRY, press SET/OK key to enter, the cursor for the name

Key in the name (maximum 12 characters), if you make a mistake, press R/C key to correct.

When you have entered the name, press SET/OK key to confirm, and the cursor will jump to the start
