13.- REGULATIONS

The product addressed by this manual complies with the following
regulations:
 R. D. 1644/2008, which implements Directive 2006/42/EC of the
European Parliament and of the Council on machinery and fulfils
requirements set out in Annex I of the aforementioned legislation.
 R. D. 186/2016, of 6 May, which implements Directive 2014/30/EU of
the European Parliament and of the Council on the harmonisation of the
laws of the Member States relating to electromagnetic compatibility.
 R. D. 187/2016, of 6 may, which implements Directive 2014/35/EU of
the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014 on the
harmonisation of the laws of the Member States relating to the making
available on the market of electrical equipment designed for use within
certain voltage limits.
 Regulation (EC) No. 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the
Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come
into contact with food and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and
89/109/EEC.
