6. ELECTRICAL CONTROL AND INSTRUCTION
After installation, debug the equipment operation. The unit of each motor phase has been ad-
justed when delivery from factory. Check the fan to the scene on runtime. If the fan reversal,
adjust the power supply into line phase sequence.
On the control cabinet panels, there are PLC control panel, running lights, stop light and alarm
(buzzer). As the following figure:

Operation panel is as following figure (Note: This PLC controller is universal. Required function
is set in before they leave the factory. Contact with the factory if it is need to modify.
The XC3 series adopted in this design have many functions. Which include logic control, tem-
perature control, analog extended module and text display. The machine matched with 2
channel high-speed pulse output(0-400k) and 2 way 32-bit high speed counter(max.200k). It
could make small and medium-sized control quickly and conveniently.
This system supply robust fault detection function, make real-time detect to all kinds of equip-
ment faults. It could process fault automatically according to fault type, and show fault reason.
Panel designed with each of the text of the instructions, make the operation more intuitive
and convenient.
