compressor side. Do not operate the compressor if the air
filter has not been previously set in place.
Switch: The switch shall be in the OFF position when plugging
or unplugging the cable from the power outlet.
Regulator: The regulator controls the amount of air pressure
released from the hose outlet.
Safety Valve: When the outlet valve is completely closed the
safety valve is activated to release air pressure.
ALERT: If the unit has wheels included never use the handle to
carry or lift it from the ground.
LUBRICATION
This product does not use oil, thus it does not need lubrication
to operate.
BREATHING PROCEDURE
WARNING
Do not connect chucks or any other tool to open
the hose end until the unit has completely started and the
inspection is positive.
Do not operate the compressor before reading
WARNING
the instructions; otherwise it could be dangerous using it.
1. Turn completely the regulator to the right to open the
airflow.
2. Turn off the switch and connect the cable.
HUMIDITY IN THE COMPRESSED AIR
Humidity produced by compressed air can be observed, drops
are present when air is coming out from the compressed air
pump.
Humidity will increase when humidity is high or the
compressor is under continuous use. Using a paint gun or any
other substance makes water be transported through the hose.
Then it will come out through the gun as drops combined with
the material to be spayed.
This condensation will cause spaces with water.
WARNING
If working with sand, the material could get hard and clog the
gun and it will stop working. A filter in the air-line, set as close
as possible to the gun could eliminate the humidity.
