Application
Flush mounted colour camera for
the Siedle In-Home bus, mounted
in Siedle Steel. The camera is rigidly
mounted behind the black module
concealed from visitors and cannot
be adjusted. With integrated
heating, infrared lighting and day/
night switching.
The connection between the
door loudspeaker SBTLM 650-...,
SVTMC 640-... and BVSM 650-01 is
already mounted in the factory.
During installation, pay attention
to the terminal designation of the
installed system.
Electrical voltage
Mounting, installation and servicing
work on electrical devices may only
be performed by a suitably qualified
electrician.

1 Recommended mounting height
appr. 1.60 m to centre camera.
2 The following installation situa‑
tions must be avoided without fail:
• Direct ajour light
• Direct sunlight
• Extremely bright picture back-
ground
• Highly reflective walls on the
opposite side of the door station
• Lamps or direct light sources

4 Connection system:

Servicing
5 Diagram to ascertain the focal
depth for SVTMC 640‑... with
8.4 mm (1/3") object width and
object distances specified in metres
6 Measurement points
The measurement points of the
functional units which are located
parallel to the terminals are acces-
sible when mounted. For measure-
ments, the test shaft cover must be
removed. After measuring, replace
the test shaft cover.
Exchanging the functional unit
Modules may only be exchanged by
specialist personnel when the equip-
ment is not live, i.e. when discon-
nected from the mains.
7 Release the operating panel using
the enclosed mounting key and take
it off.
8 Unscrew the bus camera at the
mounting plate, tilt forward at the
top and remove from the mounting
plate.
9 Unplug/release the plug and
coaxial connector.
10 Connect the new bus camera,
insert and screw to the mounting
plate.
11 Carry out a function check
12 Place the operating panel on the
mounting panel and lock using the
mounting key.
The marking in the mounting key
must be flush when locked with the
upper edge of the operating panel.
