COOKING PROCESS WITH PROBE MOUNTED INSIDE PAN (OPTIONAL)

To enable this function press button

− The upper display will show the pre-set SETPOINT temperature value of the
core probe (S2 probe).
The lower display will show the pre-set SETPOINT value of the cooking
temperature (S1 probe).
Example:
2.3.1.
Desired temperature setting:
− Press the button
will come on for approx. 4 sec. Press the button again if the LED switches off.
The display will show:
− When the LED comes on, set the desired temperature value (between
20÷110° C), shown on display (8), by pressing the bu ttons

If the LED switches off, press the button
The display will show:
− When the LED comes on, set the desired temperature value (between
20÷110° ), shown on display (7), by pressing buttons
