Examples of use:
Grated cheese for pasta dishes
Blend 200 g of moderately hard cheese (Emmental,
etc.) for ten second to obtain a thickly grated
cheese, ideal for sprinkling over pasta dishes.
40 g. butter + 40 g. honey. Mix for 5". The
ingredients should be cooled in the refrigerator to
a temperature of 5ºC.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Always unplug the appliance before cleaning it.
Motor housing
The motor housing and the adapter for the
accessories should only be wiped down with a
damp cloth. Do not immerse them in water or any
other liquid.
Mixing foot
Do not immerse the foot in water as this will ruin
the lubrication on the bearings. Clean the blender
foot in the dishwasher or with a brush under
running water.
Dry the blender foot in an upright position
(blender blade face up) so that any trapped water
can run out.
Remove the whisk from the gear attachment.
Whisk accessory

The whisk can be cleaned in the dishwasher,
but wipe the gear attachment with a damp cloth
only.
