3.3
FOR ROLLING CODE)
Once memorised, the original control code
with the "ANALYZE EMITTER" option, if this
option is used it must be transmitted with
the copy control.
The machine will carry out a comparison
between the original stored code and the
copied code to see if the copy matches or
not.
3.4

Frequency metre

With the "FREQUENCY METRE" option selec-
ted, if an emitter is placed in the scan area
and the transmission is activated, the trans-
mission frequency will show on the screen.
If the control is a variable frequency, the
frequency can be varied using the frequency
adjusting trimmer with a calibrator.
frequency change will be displayed on the
screen if the trimmer is turned while the
transmission is maintained.
The frequencies range from 25 MHz to 1000
MHz.

Volt metre

3.5
This option shows the state of the emitters
batteries.
With the "VOLT METRE"
and the voltmeters test point cables con-
nected, place the red and black probes in
contact with each pole of a battery and the
voltage status of the battery will shown on
the screen (Maximum 18 V).
If the cables are in contact with the inverted
polarities of the battery, nothing will show
on the screen.

Emitter power

3.6
When the "EMITTER POWER" menu option
is selected, the power of a transmitting
The
emitter will be shown. A power scale bar will
be displayed on the screen with the number
corresponding to the power level on the bar.
The higher the number on the bar, the hig-
her is the power radiated by the control.
3.7
Copy code adjust frequency
This option allows the EM-UNIV control to
be adjusted up to 433 MHz when it was pre-
viously functioning in a regenerative mode.
Once the control jumper is in the OFF mode
and the switches are ON-OFF, it must be
adjusted to centre at 433 MHz. Before saving
the final code, this option must be used to
adjust the frequency to 433 MHz using the
same trimmer that was previously used for
the regenerative mode.
Connect to the EM-UNIV and press adjusted
frequency code copy. Copy the code to any
of the channels and then go to "Emitter
Power". Initially, the emitter power will be
on level 1 without a line. Move the trimmer
until the emitter power can be seen varying
up to a value of 2.
