2. To manually set time:
a) Press TIME key.
b) Enter the time from 05.0 to 30.0 seconds. The decimal point
will be automatically assigned.
Note: The third digit must be a 0 or 5 (0.5-sec. increments).
3. Use + (plus) and – (minus) keys to change speed and time:
Speed and time changes may also be made by using the + (plus)
and – (minus) keys to increment 50 CPM and 0.5 seconds.
a) Press SPEED key.
b) Hold down + (plus) or – (minus) key until the required speed is
displayed.
c) Press TIME key.
d) Hold down + (plus) or – (minus) key until the required time is
displayed.

D) SAVING OPTIONS:

To save the settings, press the SAVE key, a beep sounds and the two
digit program number flashes. If the new settings are to be saved to
the displayed program number, then the SAVE key should be pressed
again. If the new settings are to be saved to another program number,
then that program number should be entered and SAVED.
1. Saving preset programs 10-40 to location programs 01-09:
a) Enter desired program number 10-40.
b) Press the SAVE key, a beep sounds and the two digit
program number flashes.
c) Enter the desired program number 01-09.
d) Press the SAVE key again.

2. Saving modified (speed, time) programs 10-40 to location programs
01-09:
a) Enter desired program number 10-40.
b) Change speed /time using manual entry or +/- (plus/minus)
keys.
c) Press the SAVE key, a beep sounds and the two digit
program number flashes.
d) Enter the desired program number 01-09.
e) Press the SAVE key again.
3. Saving a custom setting (speed, time) to location programs 01-09.
a) Enter desired program number 01-09.
b) Change speed/time using manual entry or +/- (plus/minus)
keys.
c) Press the SAVE key, a beep sounds and the two digit
program number flashes.
d) Press the SAVE key again.
4. Clearing saved programs 01-09:
a) Enter 00.
b) Press the SAVE key, a beep sounds and the two digit
program number flashes.
c) Enter desired program 01-09 to be cleared.
d) Press the SAVE key again.
E) INVALID SETTINGS:
1. The OptiMix control is programmed to not allow invalid entries to
be saved. For time entries, the entered values must be between 5
and 30 seconds and be of the format XX.X and 0X.X seconds.
For speed entries, the entered values must be between 3000 and
4800 CPM and 3 digits.
2. If an INVALID entry is made, the display will show "invalid setting"
and the incorrect time or speed will not be saved.
