SCREEN BRIGHTNESS AND INFRARED
• The adjustment menu allows you to alter the brightness of the digital display and IR lamp.
• While in photo or video mode, press and hold the "M" button for 3 seconds to enter the
adjustment menu.
• The screen brightness can be set between 1-9, with 9 being the brightest.
• The IR Lamp can be set between 0-9, with zero being off and 9 being the brightest.
• Press the left and right arrow buttons to change brightness levels.
• Press the "M" button to cycle between the display brightness and IR lamp settings.
• The adjustment menu will automatically close after 5 seconds of inactivity.
Notes:
• During night time usage, the infrared illuminator should be used to achieve the optimum viewing
image.
• During daytime, or if the environment is light enough, the infrared illuminator can be turned off to
save power.
• Be careful not to block the infrared illuminator, located next to the battery cover, as this will
affect the viewing image.
